Shipping is secure and discreet with no indication as to the contents of the package. The return label will read: “Svision” with no mention of spores. Boxes are plain, with no logos or writing. These are images of our two most commonly used shipping boxes. You can expect your package to arrive looking like one of these.

We offer a sterility 100% guarantee on spore and culture products for 30 days after purchase. Items must be in unused condition to qualify for a full refund. Please email us at help@lablinksupply.com with any further questions.
We primarily use white mailer BOXES for USPS to ship your order securely, so 99.99% of the time this is not an issue, but if your spores or culture products are ever damaged during shipping, please email us at help@sporevision.com a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the picture is clear to see any damage. We will send you a replacement syringe within 24 hours.
