The Toque F7 isolated spore syringe is prepared from a single isolated lineage, giving researchers a genetically consistent sample for strain comparison and morphology study. As with all our isolated syringes, it’s produced under sterile lab conditions to minimize the risk of contamination and preserve accuracy for documentation purposes.

Visual & Microscopic Characteristics: Spores appear smooth and sub-ellipsoid under magnification, with typical purple-brown coloration consistent with reference standards for this genus.

Research Notes: Isolate-specific syringes like the F7 lineage are useful when researchers need a controlled, single-source comparison point rather than a mixed wild-collected sample.

Toque F7 was first isolated by Tim Pigs from tidal wave spores. This unique isolation produces a bluish green pattern on the tops of the caps and is well known for its higher-than-average potency.

F7 is referring to which generation it is. F means filial or generation. F0 would be the “Mother Culture,” and F1 would be the first Filial Generation, and so on. There are Toque F7, Toque F8, and Toque F9 releases, but F8 was my favorite just by how it looks. All have different isolated “hats,” and Toque is Spanish for touch.

Tim Pigg, who I believe is part of the Tat syndicate, was the creator of Toque. He had several releases: Toque F7, Toque F8, and I believe F9 is now out. I don’t know if the original was a mutation or not. Tidal wave is a cross of B+ and Penis Envy. B+ is known for the fluffy spots on the cap, a common mutation of that variety. I believe that’s why Toque has its inherited hats.
