Not necessarily! If you’re just starting out, we recommend taking it slow. A Grow Kit Bundle or a Golden Teacher Grow Kit Bundle is an excellent way to get started without needing any special equipment. Once you’ve gained some experience, you can explore options like a monotub or tent for indoor growing. As your confidence grows, you can gradually upgrade your tools and setup, but getting started is simple and doesn’t require a significant investment!
As there is no guarantee to an exact timeline of fruiting, you can assure to see some action within 1 week to 2 weeks of inoculation. Expect time results to vary depending on the strain.
If you’re not using a humidity-controlled environment (like a humidity tent), it’s important to water your grow kit 2-3 times a day. However, avoid soaking them. Instead, spray with a fine mist until water droplets form on the surface. Keep an eye on them for signs of moisture loss—if the mushrooms begin to wilt or the edges curl, they may need more frequent watering or a different location with better humidity.
A “flush” refers to the the cycle of fruiting & harvesting each grow kit can produce. The first flush is typically the strongest with the 2nd and potential 3rd producing slightly less fruit.
